here for you as a coach, program director, sports director,
parks and rec coordinator... you fill in the blank. I wanted to
put up my old forms, rules and everything that could be helpful.
I usually go on Google and search for stuff to use, so why not
give back. Why re-invent the wheel? So please download this
stuff and use it. Just replace our name with yours and don't
trust my spelling.
