Land Aerobics

Ballet Classes INFO Link

Sunrise Cardio: Unique mix of step and weights for shaping up.

Sunrise Pilates: Focus on building core strength with floor mat workout. Ball sometimes used with weights.

Cardio: Get your heart rate up with aerobics on the floor or step. This class will improve your heart and lung function.

SilverSneakers: Senior fitness class, light weights used for strength training and cardio step group exercise, some setting in chairs and walking involved. Any one can attend.

Step Aerobics: Warm up the aerobics and then focus on using weights to tone and strengthen muscles.

Toning: a mixture of techniques using weights to tone muscles.

Yoga: Decrease stress with stretching poses to increase flexibility and balance and to strengthen the connection between body and mind.

Power Flex: Use medium to heavy weights to increase muscular endurance and strength.

Zumba: A total body workout with cardio conditioning in a Latin Flavor.  It’s so much fun that you don’t even realize that you are working to condition the body! Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.

ABS class:  30 / 40 min workout only on the abs; you will not leave disappointed.

Power Flex: Step/ Core/ Weights/ just what you need to kick your metabolism.

Self Defense:  learn to protect yourself with this innovative class.

 

Water Aerobics:

Deep Water Aerobics: NO Touch by using noodles, hand bells and water belts. Good cardio and core work out as well as strengthening all over muscles.

Water Aerobics:  Shallow water cardio workout, hand bells & noodles are used for resistance and stretching.
